Description of crimes
While holding a position as a judge appointed personally by Lukashenko, Oksana Petrovna Kuleshova is a member of the judicial system of the Republic of Belarus who supports Lukashenko's regime and politically motivated repression in Belarus. Kuleshova is a judge involved in issuing politically motivated court decisions leading to the imposition of administrative arrest sentences of no less than 15 days.
In 2018, Oksana Kuleshova dismissed a complaint and refused to acknowledge the rightfulness of Kolchin and Burakov, deeming the refusal to permit a gathering in solidarity with the Ukrainian director Sentsov as justified. In her ruling, the judge labeled arguments claiming that local authorities effectively disregard international legislation and the Constitution as "fictional."
